1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Cloudflare Analytics — privacy-first, aggregated web analytics (page views, country-level geography, browser type). Cloudflare Analytics does not use cookies or track individual users.

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not use cookies (no cookie banner needed).
• We do not use tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or retargeting.
• We do not serve or facilitate third-party advertisements.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide consulting services.
• To deliver digital products and API access you have purchased.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmations, delivery links).
• To improve our services based on aggregated, anonymized usage data.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data under their own privacy policies:

• Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record) — payment processing, tax compliance, refunds.
• Gumroad (Merchant of Record) — payment processing, digital product delivery.
• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, analytics, DDoS protection.
• GitHub — open-source project hosting, issue tracking.

We do not share your data with any party beyond what is necessary to deliver the services you requested.

4. Data Retention

• Contact form submissions: retained for the duration of the business relationship, then deleted within 90 days.
• Purchase records: retained by Lemon Squeezy/Gumroad per their policies and applicable tax law (typically 5-7 years).
• Analytics data: Cloudflare retains aggregated analytics for up to 6 months.

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us for immediate deletion.

8. International Data Transfers

Our services are hosted on Cloudflare's global network. By using our services, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
